adds96 Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between adds96 ("we", "our", "platform") and you ("user", "member"). By accessing adds96's website, mobile app, or any of its services, you are considered to have voluntarily agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the platform.

01 Consent and Acceptance

By accessing, registering on, or using any service of the adds96 platform, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms. These Terms apply together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

02 Eligibility and Age Requirement

3.3 Multiple Accounts

Only one account per person is permitted. Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, identity document, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Approved Payment Methods

adds96 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay. If new methods are added in the future, they will be announced on the platform.

4.2 Limits and Processing Times

• Minimum Deposit: ৳300 (per method).
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Generally completed within 1 hour.

4.3 Deposit Terms

• Deposits must be made through valid payment methods only.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted — the payment account must be registered in your own name.
• If you wish to claim a bonus after depositing, a promo code may need to be applied before the deposit — see the bonus page for details.

4.4 Withdrawal Terms

• Age and identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
• The required wagering conditions must be met to withdraw bonus balance (see Section 5 for details).
• adds96 reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals if suspicious activity is detected or KYC verification is required.
• Withdrawal funds will only be sent back via the same method used at the time of deposit.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will add ৳1,500 in bonus — bringing the total balance to ৳2,500; or a deposit of ৳14,000 will add the maximum bonus of ৳10,000 — bringing the total balance to ৳24,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x (fifteen times) the bonus amount.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• Different games may contribute to bonus wagering at different rates.

5.3 VIP Cashback Program

adds96's VIP program has five tiers. The weekly cashback rate for each tier is listed below:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

You can advance to a higher tier by staying regularly active.

5.4 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer can be used only once, unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and are non-transferable.
• adds96 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• Misuse of bonuses (bonus arbitrage, use of multiple accounts, etc.) may result in account cancellation.

06 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are considered final only once approved by the software. adds96 reserves the right to void or correct any bet that results from a technical error or system failure.

6.2 Result Determination

• For sports betting, winnings will be credited to the account only after the official result has been verified.
• Casino game results are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which is entirely independent and fair.
• Live casino and slot results are governed by the game provider's own systems (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe).

6.3 Setting Limits

adds96 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on any market. If an unusual betting pattern is detected, an account may be reviewed.

6.4 Erroneous Transactions

Any abnormal gain or loss resulting from a software or hardware error will be considered void. Bets placed based on erroneous odds or payouts may have their stakes returned.

07 Code of Conduct and Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation and balance forfeiture:

• Using the platform for any illegal activity.
• Conducting money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Using bots, automation software, or artificial intelligence to conduct betting.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs for unfair advantage and failing to report them.
• Engaging in fraudulent behaviour toward other users.
• Registering under a false identity or someone else's identity.

10.3 Balance of Closed Accounts

Bonus balances of accounts closed due to rule violations may be forfeited. However, adds96 will decide on a case-by-case basis regarding the return of any verifiable real deposit balance.

11 Limitation of Liability

• Disruption to betting sessions caused by internet disconnection or technical errors.
